Set Points & Fluctuation
Most loan contracts have stipulations for acceptable “set points” and “fluctuations” in data and we’ve pulled these pieces of information out to make it very easy to identify good and bad days.
For a real life example, a Conserv customer was required to maintain an RH set point between 40% and 60% with no daily fluctuations greater than 10%. The customer setup real-time monitoring to evaluate the current performance of the gallery space and to identify areas of improvement in preparation for the loan.
The facilities team was given direct access to this compliance report through the Conserv Cloud portal, and with this data in hand they developed a new HVAC program that met the needs of this particular exhibit.
